The Pilbara is the heartbeat of Woodside’s operations. It’s a place we call home. 

 

Much of our workforce already resides in the City of Karratha and Woodside is committed to transitioning to a predominantly residential operations workforce by the mid-2020s.  We want our people to be able to live where they work and build a strong team and community connection.  It’s the right approach for the local Karratha community, for the well-being of our people and for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our facilities.

Woodside is committed to providing employment and training opportunities for local youth and helping them gain the skills needed for future careers in the sector.
