The Governance, Risk and Compliance team support Woodside’s strategic direction by helping business areas manage their risk, comply with the law and implement fit for purpose processes.

Our graduates and vacation students work in a world class environment that encompasses the full oil and gas life cycle. You will be working within supportive teams and mentored in a range of disciplines, such as enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, management systems, assurance and change management.

We aim to build on your technical experience and further develop your capabilities in stakeholder engagement, communication, interpersonal, analytical, integration and influencing with impact skill.

Woodside acknowledges indigenous people's connections to land, water and community. We pay our respects to ancestors and elders - past, present and emerging. We recognise the many contributions Indigenous people make to our business, as community members and employees.
