The Legal and Secretariat function provides business focused legal support to assist Woodside to deliver its strategy and provides company secretariat services to the Woodside Board and its committees.

We offer the opportunity to work across a wide range of Woodside’s activities. The Legal function is responsible for managing Woodside’s legal affairs through the provision of advice and training to support the business strategy. The Company Secretariat function is responsible for the provision of company secretariat services to the Woodside Group, organising board, committee and shareholders meetings and ensuring that the companies within the Woodside group meet all corporate statutory and listing obligations and best practice corporate governance.  Students work alongside experienced lawyers through a variety of rotations across the business and graduates may also be offered the opportunity to be seconded into an external law firm.

Woodside acknowledges Indigenous people's connections to land, water and community. We pay our respects to ancestors and elders - past, present and emerging. We recognise the many contributions Indigenous people make to our business, as community members and employees.
