Our Human Resources strategy aims to achieve a workforce with the right capability supported by outstanding leadership, which creates an organisational climate that drives high performance.
It is underpinned by three key themes:
- People capability - ensuring the organisation has the appropriate resources to deliver the business plan
- Leadership and Climate - continuing to improve leadership capability and the building of a high performance organisational climate
- Attraction and Retention - ensuring our ability to attract, retain and reward a talented and diverse workforce.
The execution of our Human Resources strategy is governed by the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. The role of the Committee is to assist the Woodside Board establish human resources and compensation policies and practices.
