Our Goals

Our goal is to support initiatives that address a clear need or opportunity in the community where we operate or have business interests.

We aim to support initiatives that help local organisations develop skills and resources, enabling them to better deliver services and build strong and thriving communities.

These initiatives should produce a measurable benefit for the community and measuring this benefit is much more than how many people participated. Rather we want to know what is different and better as a result of their participation.

We also look to see how the initiative has had a positive effect in another area of the community. For example an initiative may introduce a service to the community meeting a specific need, with a flow-on effect of creating new jobs.
