In 2008 Woodside commissioned several major projects, including the $2.6 billion Phase V expansion of the North West Shelf Venture and the A$1.6 billion Angel platform. We also commissioned the $1 billion Vincent oil project off the North West Cape in Western Australian.

 

In 2009 we will progress the construction of more world-class Australian oil and gas assets, with the continued development of the Pluto LNG project, which is scheduled for completion in late 2010.

 

Also in progress is the A$5 billion North Rankin 2 Project on the North West Shelf, which will recover remaining low pressure gas from the North Rankin and Perseus gas fields. The project will include the installation of a second platform (North Rankin B) . The North Rankin 2 project is scheduled for progressive start-up in 2013.
