Environment Plan Summary

The Environment Plan (EP) for the Maxima three-dimensional (3D) Marine Seismic Survey (Maxima 3D MSS) was prepared in accordance with State and Commonwealth regulatory requirements and commitments and conditions of the WA Environment Protection Act and the Commonwealth Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act. It also conformed with Woodside’s corporate environmental policies and Health, Safety and Environment Management System. 

A summary of the EP was submitted to the WA Department of Industry and Resources (DoIR) in accordance with Regulation 11(7)(8) of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Management of Environment) Regulations 1999 and is available here.
