Environmental Approval Conditions

The Maxima three-dimensional (3D) Marine Seismic Survey (Maxima 3D MSS) was first referred to the Commonwealth Department of Environment and Heritage (now the Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts) in July 2006. The original referral and decision on the referral (issued in September 2007) is available for download here.

The final environmental approval conditions for the Maxima 3D MSS are set by the Government of Western Australia in Ministerial Statement 6 and 7 and is available for download here.
