The Woodside Board holds scheduled meetings at least six times a year to review matters such as Woodside's financial performance, key business initiatives and activities and strategy, budget and business plans.

Woodside Board meetings generally run for one to two days and are usually held in the Company's head office in Perth.  Additional time is scheduled during the year for strategy sessions and site visits.

Woodside Board Committees meet as required to fulfil their responsibilities.

Sessions without management present

Sessions are scheduled at most Board meetings for non-executive Directors to meet without management present.
