In 2008, we spent approximately A$370 million on our exploration
activities, including the drilling of six exploration wells in Western
Australia (WA). Most of these wells were located in the Carnarvon Basin
off the North West Shelf. Additional wells were drilled in the Browse
Basin, off the Kimberley coast and North West Cape.
We have expanded our exploration activities in 2009 and have firm
plans to develop new and existing fields throughout 2010 and beyond.
