Woodside Summer Vacation Program
Our Summer Vacation Program allows individuals with a genuine passion for the industry, an insight into working within a fast growing, multi-disciplined organisation, where you’ll enjoy the support your need, and the rewards you deserve. You will be given the opportunity to undertake challenging projects in a dynamic environment that will provide:
Valuable and extensive on-the-job work experience
Practical experience to build on your theoretical knowledge

Involvement in our dynamic graduate community of more than 100 graduates
Opportunity to be assessed for a position on the 2015 Woodside Graduate Program
We offer summer vacation positions to motivated, talented and energetic students in their penultimate year of study who want to undertake solid, meaningful work in Perth over the summer break in various engineering and non-technical disciplines.
Applications for the 2013/14 Summer Vacation Program will open in June 2013.

International Graduate Development Program

Woodside recognises that a diverse and talented workforce is a key competitive advantage and our success is a reflection of the diverse quality and skills of our people. We are seeking motivated, talented and energetic international students completing their studies at an Australian University during 2013, and international graduates from an Australian University within two years of degree completion in the following:
Engineering: Chemical, Civil, Instrumentation, Control Systems and Electrical (ICE) and Mechanical.
Science: Geology/Geophysics, Mathematics and Physics.
Business/Other: Accounting/Finance, Information Management, Information Systems, Information Technology and Supply Chain/Logistics.
What our international graduates can expect:
Our three-year structured Graduate Development Program is a key component of the company’s strategy to build long-term capability. To this end, our graduate program is designed and implemented to attract and retain the best possible candidates.
You will kick start your career on our three-year structured graduate development program, which comprises several assignments or rotations. Some disciplines may vary assignment allocations.
You will receive continual development through:
Rotational assignments, extensive on-the-job training, and structured business and development courses specifically designed to develop skills within your chosen discipline, and help you achieve your ambitions.
- Support from senior leaders from your discipline.
- Technical mentors and a graduate buddy.
- Involvement in our dynamic community of more than 100 graduates that will take your development to new levels.

At the completion of the graduate program you will be able to continue the advancement of your career through our Young Professionals Group.
You will have the opportunity to join our Graduate Program in February 2014. Applicants should currently be on a valid student visa, however Woodside will sponsor successful candidates to obtain a 457 Visa.
