Joined Woodside 2012, more than 35 years' experience with roles including Managing Director of Worley Parsons in US and Latin America, and Project Director of the Kizomba deepwater oil development in Angola with ExxonMobil.

Shaun has more than 20 years' industry experience. He joined Woodside in 1996 and has held a variety of roles in areas including mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, new ventures and geophysics.

Joined Woodside in July 2013, with more than 30 years' experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Phil has previously held senior roles at Mubadala Petroleum and Anadarko Petroleum, and was also a Non-Executive Chairman of Chariot Oil and Gas.

Joined Woodside in 1996. More than 30 years' experience in the energy industry, including working with Poten & Partners, Alinta Gas, Western Power, and SECWA.
Senior Vice President, People and Global CapabilityJoined Woodside in 2014 and appointed Senior Vice President People and Global Capability in January 2016. David has over 20 years’ experience in mining, minerals and engineering in Australia, South- East Asia and the Americas.

Joined Woodside in December 2006, more than 30 years' finance leadership experience in the resource and minerals processing industry, including 17 years with Alcoa.
Chief Operations Officer
Michael has more than 35 years' global experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He joined Woodside in 2013 as Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for Woodside’s global logistics, drilling, production, HSEQ and security and crisis management. Prior to joining Woodside, Michael held the position of President for the BP-Gulf Coast restoration organization.
